Life is not a linear pathway. We may think it is, we may have been brought up to believe it is, yet from my experience life has a way of gifting you exactly what you need, not necessarily what you want.
Our evolution spirals throughout our life. Perhaps re-visiting the same situations, encountering similar people on our journey until our human self learns the lessons, grows and evolves beyond that level of thinking/believing/being. We may also re-visit similar issues or life scenarios as an opportunity to review them from a new and different perspective and/or for our human self to recognise what we have learnt and put into action that which we say we want.
We may feel we are forced into or out of situations, jobs, relationships, careers that have a higher purpose at play. In my experience, I find that when you are ‘in it’ you are not able to see the gold, the wisdom of any moment. It is upon reflection, contemplation that the human mind has time to catch up to the Soul lessons and integrate it into our BEing. In amongst it all, in this life, we still have our human free will to live life exactly as we choose.
Perhaps you agree or not, that’s okay. As we all live life seeing the world through our own lenses, our own coloured glasses and differing shades. Our evolution invites us to view our world differently, to challenge our perceptions, to expand our beliefs, change our behaviours and heal our limiting thought patterns to evolve beyond that which we thought we knew.
Our evolution invites us to live life beyond our Ego and Mind. Where are we playing it small, safe, boxed in? Where is life hinting possibilities of change or screaming at you to bloody well listen up and change things around. These nudges come in different forms for different people. Some will see/feel/sense and others won’t. That’s okay. Our lives are to be lived for ourselves and no-one else. Judgement, blame and fear are just constructs to keep us small, safe, hidden in the status quo. As we choose to evolve, as choosing is much easier than being forced by life’s momentum, we spiral into our depths, our shadows, our fears and limiting patterns to then spiral outward into the world with a renewed perspective, with a fresh approach and an open heart ready to receive our next spiral evolution.
